I'm sorry to write a review like this, but communication is huge for me. I feel like we were promised something, and were told it wasn't available the next time we spoke. We ended up not doing business after the representative I spoke to raised her voice to me, and voiced displeasure at the number of shirt color choices I made for my pet sitting business. If that was a problem, maybe it should have been discussed ahead of time. She didn't like being questioned, apparently. After I had made the decision to move on, I received another call from them letting me know that they would limit the colors used in my screen print. This was actually what caused me to write this review. It was like I was being urged to move on without someone having the courage to just tell me they didn't think they would be able to handle an order like mine. All in all, if you use 621, ask as many questions as you can to be sure you aren't accidentally making someone angry. Copy every single word you say on the phone into an email so they can read it and not be able to argue with you later. If you have anything that even resembles a complex order, ask ahead of time. In other words, you'll need to know everything about their business and their temperment before you place your order. I'm sorry it came to me writing a review like this.
