me and my mom walked in and told them we had an appointment for 11:30. It was 11:00 so we understood we couldn’t yet because they were doing people’s nails but we asked if we could get in after them and they immediately said no you have to wait till 11:30 even though they had no customers in line. Plain out rude, with the worst attitude. Will never be back. customer service straight awful. If you want customers i’d suggest you treat them a little nicer.

The girls do very well, but last time I went, Henry messed up on my acrylic and instead of fixing it and taking them off, he just added more layers. It was so chunky and looked so bad, then he charged me more than usual. Never going back.
