Ordered at the kiosk today since their system was down for online. No problem with that it happens. But I get my sandwich and it has nothing I ordered on it. Not even half of what comes on the basic sandwich is there. Not only that but it was not cut in half but folded… like really?? Not impressed today at all

It was the 3rd day on a row that the ladies at the counter had an unpleasant attitude. I have said HI, (smiling) only to be ignored or They had been making our sandwiches very lacking and practically with a bad attitude. I understand you don't have to be rainbows and sunshine every day because we are all humans after all BUT Customer Service matters, the way you take care of the people that keep your business open so you can have a job MATTER. There are a few young kids that work there and they were very nice to my husband and myself...unfortunately we have not seen them there anymore and honestly the service the people there now offer is VERY LACKING to say the least. BRINGVTHE HAPPY PEOPLE BACK!!!!!!
