IF there were enough nursing staff that enjoyed and did their jobs it would be better. Administration however has a history of covering up or simply not reporting accidents, medication mixup, obvious neglect and abuse.

Needs Maintenance, and needs to be cleaner first impressions mean a lot. Mom loved their Physical Therapy and that’s the reason I gave them 3 star review if their wasn’t other factors I would have gave them more

If you call the Center at 865-524-7366 we can give you the number to the room of the patient. The numbers are posted in the rooms for the patients. I am not sure if it will show up on caller id if the patient calls you, so feel free to ask. Thank you.
Ms. Ashley, The facility requires that the legally appropriate person signs a realease of medical records at the facility. This is done to maintain compliance with HIPPA. In most cases the facility meets with the person that is requesting the information to review it with them, and answer any questions about the information to review medical terminology, or abreviations that may be present, and to help the person find the information that they may have questions about. I would start by contacting the facility to coordinate this meeting and printing of the medical records. I hope this was helpful. Brad Shuford, Administrator.

We are following the State of Tennessee Department of Health and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services for visitation. As there is a widespread outbreak of COVID-19 in the area we are limiting visitation but have made arrangements for virtual visitation for patients and families, and have many visits set up outside the building and window visits. There are special circumstances for special cases for visitation. Thank you for your question. Brad Shuford, Administrator
I would call the center at 865-524-7366. The receptionist will direct the call to the nurses station, and someone will help you connect with your loved one.
