I only stopped in because I adore the smell of a leather store!! We had been in every one from Seiverville to Pigeon Forge to Gatlinburg. THIS was the kind I was looking for. So many handmade items and hand tooled...it was awesome. I had to buy moccasins because I was shocked at the price and we picked up knick knacks too...the ladies working very helpful and we had a great time talking about the bears in the creek out back! 🐻😲 love it!

Husband just found a wallet he likes to replace his very old one. $35 for this one. He said prices were fair. They also have nice leather wrapped walking sticks among other things.

Do NOT touch the drawers in the shop. There may be merchandise in them, but it is considered a crime here to touch merchandise. Edit: I have been in many shops all of which are more than happy to allow customers to view products in a drawer or not. On top of this, the drawer was open and gave the appearance that someone may have accidentally closed it. I was simply looking at the products contained in the drawer that was partially open when you screamed at me and my family from across the store. After embarrassing myself, and my family in front of a store full of customers, you realized that you should not have spoken in such manner, changed your tone, and attempted to sell me a different product. Following the encounter, my family made an attempt to discuss it with you and you aggressively informed us that the “product” in the drawer, that was partially open, was not for sale. Customer service should Always be a business’ first priority. An appropriate response would have been to calmly come over and in a calm voice say “Sir, I’m sorry, the product in the drawers are not for sale, is there anything else I can help you with?” Since you did not choose this approach you ran off 9 customers who all had products picked out to purchase from your store.
