If you care about your loved ones at all do NOT take them here. My mother and I just learned today (8/31) that on 8/28 my grandfather was taken to the ER for falling and injuring his head. No call was made to us to inform us of this incident. We had to learn from his doctor at a separate facility that this happened. So we call Atria and not a single staff member can tell us what happened or what caused his fall. Not to mention, both him and my grandmother have covid so we can’t see them in person. My mother has been dropping off their medicine for them and was there yesterday (8/30) and asked how they were. Their response? “Oh they’re just fine” Still failing to mention the ER trip. Absolutely disgusting. Highest form of negligence I’ve ever witnessed.
