THEY ARE TRACKING YOU!!!! Be aware. I was their customer for 10+ years but I decided to give a break to my nails for a year. When I decided to have acrylic nails again, I called them to get an appointment and they told me I couldn’t get any because I did not show up to one appointment I never made but they said I did. In order for me to have an appointment, I had to take the guilt for something I didn’t do. Today, I called them because I needed to reschedule that appointment they “gave me a chance” and they told me they couldn’t reschedule because I never “show up” to appointments and that I’m changing appointments constantly and that I will have to be walk-in only. I ended up speaking to the rude manager who told me the same exact thing even though my appointment was 2 days prior. He told me he had a tracking of ALL my missing appointments even though I was absent for about a year. Their type of business is a constant change/cancellation of appointments, that’s the nature of it, but they don’t care. I told them they were worst than a doctor’s office. My suggestion- keep your appointments, never call to reschedule because they are tracking you…… and that sounds like HARASSMENT..
