Let me say it right off the bat: I'd give Sam and his guys 10 stars if I could. If you're looking for a collision shop right now, you already know it's almost impossible to find a shop that isn't booked 6-8 weeks out, and those that can get you in sooner still need a week or more to turn around even basic body work. And then once you're in, all you can do is pray that you get your car back when you're supposed to, and that the bill matches the quote when you do. Not so at DCG! I can't tell you how lucky I feel that I found these guys after someone backed into my '96 Lincoln Town Car (the last truly full-size domestic luxury sedan, and the high watermark in American automotive design, some would say) in a parking lot. I dropped by one morning for an estimate -- Sam took a look straight away, quoted me on the spot, and was even so kind as to work in repairing a rust spot that was bound to be an issue a year out, and all at an incredibly reasonable price. I dropped my car off the following Monday, and had it back Thursday morning. The guy even sent me progress pics to demonstrate that no corners were being cut when it came to to the work on my land yacht -- I didn't even need to ask! The damage on my car was minor, but Sam still took care of it like it was his own car, far faster than anyone else could and at a price that no one else could match. I don't know about you, but I haven't experienced customer service like that in years. Hopefully by now you can see the kind of place this is: an absolute diamond in the rough. (Look at the other reviews and pictures if you don't believe me.) I'd 1000% recommend Detroit Collision Group to anyone, and personally, I'll never go anywhere else for bodywork. Give these guys your business -- you'll be glad you did.

Unfortunately my car was totaled. I want to say Sam who I spoke with is probably one of the nicest , trustworthy person I’ve ever met. Sam went way beyond to help me He kept his word on everything he said and beyond I would definitely recommend Detroit Collision Group on Michigan Ave. 100 PERCENT 😄😄😄

I’ll just say this, the before and after photos speak for itself! But what I can say, the work was completed in less than 24 hours. 🤩🔥 Flawless work! I highly recommend coming to this repair shop if your vehicle has damage to it.
