I don’t know why but when you come here you spend 30 minutes in the drive thru, no matter how busy or slow it is. Why does it take so long to pour soda in a cup? Then you get to the window and there is employees just standing around. The management needs to be more involved in what goes on. Its super irritating. I’ve came before with no one in line multiply times and I still get told to hold on, like for what?

I bought one of their chonuts and usually they’re really good but this one came in a blue sleeve and it was as HARD AS A ROCK!! I couldn’t even bite into it! It hurt my teeth. :( Whatever you do don’t buy the chonuts. Idk what they did but the chonuts are NOT IT anymore!

Headed to the hospital with my Mom to see my brother. I thought this would be a nice treat for all of us and really wanted a flavored water rather than a soda. Pulled up to the drive thru and things were moving a little slow, but decided to wait. Before I knew it, 15 min had gone by, as well as watching an employee take a smoke break before letting two other people in the back door of the establishment. I'm hoping they were employees too but who knows. They were also smoking on their way in. The first employee returned to text and take another smoke break. Then a fourth person showed up and went in. Then I read the reviews and decided to leave since this seems to be a recurring theme... Maybe they are short staffed? Maybe employees are late? Maybe smoke breaks are more important?
