Views and indoor decor are fantastic. The The Pearl Room was disappointing. During a private event the bartender didn’t make any drink I asked him to correctly. Asked for an old fashioned, he put seltzer water in it. Tasted disgusting, then asked for another mixed drink. Didn’t like that, ended up just getting red wine. The food was subpar. Service otherwise was good.

Breakfast is very ( very... ) expensive. The personnel is very welcoming and dynamic.

The food is mediocre at best, the cocktails are somewhere between uninspired or ridiculously sweet, and the service is... well, it's fine. But the place is overpriced and the only thing saving it are the decor and the views.

Went for happy hour and they have a great menu and specials before 6pm

To me, the menu was very limited overall. I would not choose this restaurant if you are a vegetarian looking to explore a menu.
Possibly smart casual, but I did not see anyone dressed up. I didn't see anyone wearing sweats or sneakers either. I think you'll be fine with smart casual to include nice jeans.
There is a parking garage right next to the hotel
You would have to call. I believe the only places you didn't have to reserve was by the bar.
I wouldn't recommend bringing a newborn to XIX.
No
Plan on spending about $50 per person or more for entree & salad or appetizer, although the price varies depending on what you get. Cocktails are pretty expensive here which would be additional.
There is an outside area.. gorgeous view especially in the evening...good food..average drink around 12..
