I used 46 East Self Storage for at least 6 years, moving there from another place that didn't have good dust/dirt control. 46 East was kept very clean. Any debris accumulating was gone within a day. As afternoon winds kick up, dust inevitably gets into the unit which was the case in mine - even though the weather stripping looked in good shape. The only other issue I had was difficulty getting the sliding latch to close. At first I had to carry a hammer to tap it in, but discovered that if I held the door down by putting my foot on the flange at the bottom it slid without any other persuason. Krystel was great. In fact, every employee I met over the years was tops: friendly, attentive and hard working.
