This place is great! My daughter had a piece of her charger break off inside her charging port, so she couldn't charge her phone. We went in and they had it out in 5 minutes, no charge. They are located inside of Battery Plus so they are open when other shops are closed.

Batteries Plus has a great service for their IPhone repair. It's easy to set up an appointment on line with a lot of time options--they were even able to take me ahead of the scheduled time. The tech was personable, knowledgeable and replaced the glass and battery quickly while I was able to wait in store. Price was very competitive. A convenient, affordable and quick solution to what might have otherwise been a major inconvenience.

Walked into the store and was immediately helped by Jeff. I needed a new battery for my Samsung Galaxy Note 5. Jeff checked the inventory for my model/carrier and quoted me with a time frame of at least 2 hours to complete the job. He asked for my email address so he could email me once it was ready for pick up since I didn't have a home phone to call. I got the email in about 2.5 hours l. He did an awesome job! Battery life is so much better now and won't need to buy a new phone for a while!

Repait of my daughters IPhone was great. It was simple to schedule the appointment on line. Half an hour later I dropped off the phone, easy in and quick out. Forty five mibutes later, the phone was repaired . Looked as good as new and quality parts. 10 dollar discount for on line scheduling was a goid value.
