Hello this place is the worst hotel I have ever been too, first thing when we get their we get told we have to pay $10 per person swimming who was not staying in room, then we get a disturbance from a none attractive blonde women (needs to fix her braids) telling us we can not have a birthday party and can not have food, which we had food but was not eating it. Then was very rude to my family and friends for no reason, this women that had such a big issue with us couldn’t give us reasons of why she was acting the way she was. I mean we paid the fee but still was getting harassed. I do not recommend this place to any one and know I will never be back. Terrible place.

Positive: Everything was was expected, location off the highway is great. Rooms are clean and ready to use. Breakfast was limited, but it was during the week. It was quiet, even though it was relatively busy. Staff was gre@4 with things that were needed. Negative: There is no elevator to get up to the second floor. We were able to accommodate for that, but might not work for everyone. Taking a shower in the morning before we left and the hot water ran out fairly quickly, maybe within 10 mins.

loved it, weve here from my birthday for the last 3 years now get the jacuzzi tub room it's located right next to a bar bowling alley which is fun and they have a lot of pull tab boxes we'll do it again next year

We rented a room on a Saturday night ONLY to be able to sit in the hot tub, the website stated it was open. Then, when we were on our way down to the pool area, The front desk clerk was very rude when we asked for towels. Not to mention that she never brought any.. Upon learning the hot tub was not open, we let the kids swim for a little while. Then we left, We did NOT stay the night after learning the hot tub was not open. That Monday morning I called and asked for a manager, I told her what happened. She stated that she would give us "a little bit of a refund" this was 4 weeks ago! Still No Refund!!! The fact that the manager told me that they would refund us some money, then DID NOT... Tells you exactly what they think about their customers. I expected at least $20-$30..... Since she stated that she would refund some money. Yet, NOTHING.
