They couldn’t fill my prescription after waiting several hours to come back and pick up cause they were busy! I never had a problem with the Walgreens in South Jordan so I’ll find a new pharmacy here.

Once again the walgreens staff if unwilling to break from their robots status and help. my sons prescription was sent at 9:50am and we gave them a lot of time 2.5 hours before we went to pick up our prescription. They lady of course said it was in their que and couldn’t do anything to get the rx. she said we probably have it but I can’t check (whatever) the status until his name comes to the top of the line. my husband works on the other side of pharmacies and to pull a rx and fill and bill insurance takes no longer than 5 minutes but they have to make it longer. absolutely unwilling to help a sick kid get his rx. we waited for 5 HOURS!!!! until they call saying it was ready! unreal walgreens. the said things is you won’t care about these reviews and people will still continue to use you! never again!!!!

Literally the worst drive through pharmacy ever. I’ve been in line at times for over 30 minutes and not a single car has moved. They legit need to make people leave if their prescription hasn’t been filled yet instead of letting them sit in the way and wait while the rest of us are waiting for pre-filled prescriptions. What a joke!

I went to pick up photos. She found my bundle of 5 photos and had me follow her to the other register and on the way over lady opens up my photos and views them. And making comments about who and what was in the photograph. That’s personal stuff. I did not care for that at all. I won’t be ordering photos through this Walgreens again.
