I could give a "0"! Pharmacist is super rude. Feels entitled. Mad because we called in an rx instead of e-scribe. Pt's current pharmacy did not take her new insurance and provider left for the day. So we had to call in the RX. SMH...Just plain rude!

Every single time I have gone to pick up a prescription it is not ready! I have always called it in several hours prior and confirmed the time it will be ready. It is SO BAD I am transferring my prescription else where... The convenience is NOT WORTH their terrible service/waiting.

Hi Vickie- You should have received a text or email communication (whichever you opted to receive at the time you scheduled your initial appointment) about your 2nd dose appointment 48 hours after receiving your 1st dose. If it has been 7 days after you received your 1st dose and you still haven't received a communication about your 2nd dose appointment, please contact us directly so we may assist you further.
