Worst office ever!!! They told us a day for an appointment and when we get there they said it was for the day before. They acted like they didn’t care or anything. They didn’t even call to say it was missed even though they gave us the wrong date. Absolutely worst doctors office ever. Everyone is super rude!!

Been w/Hatboro medical for 20+ years. The front office has been a mess for the past 5+ years no matter who they hire. Not friendly even for simple questions? Overworked and underpaid? I'm getting older and not sure I want to deal with them any longer. Perhaps time to look elsewhere.

I have been going to Hatboro Medical Associates for about 15 years. Have had several doctors there in the beginning, because of turnover. Since Dr. Cohen came to the practice, he has been my primary. He is by far the best, he listens to me and is very empathetic. I moved out of state 3 years ago, but still fly up to see him for my annual. I have had a few issues over the years due to office staff mistakes, but overall things get worked out. One doctor I will no longer see is Dr. Judd, he was awful and misdiagnosed me the 2 times I got him for sick appointments; I won't let that happen again.

One year ago my boyfriend went in three different times for blood in his urine. They did labs and determined “it was nothing, no concerns” he asked for a referral for a urologist and they refused. Fast forward one year later (after he moved to NJ) his blood worsened and he began to have lower back pain. Unbearable pain. Went to the ER and it was determined he had MULTIPLE AND LARGE KIDNEY STONES THAT REQUIRED EMERGENCY SURGERY! To top it off he started a new job so he DOES NOT HAVE INSURANCE! All of this could have been avoided if Hatboro Medical did their fuxking job! They will have what’s coming to them !
