Sales rep was nice. Low balled on trade in , immaculate credit yet receive astronomical rate. Call over a week after purchase of the vehicle to solicit more $ from us that resulted from an error by Peruzzi. They ask you not to pay off the car before 6 months so they get their kickback. With all the issues recently may just pay this off earlier than 6 months now. Have a large family and always refer them where there is good service. Will not put them through process at Peruzzi, no referrals from us. On the plus side, the vehicle is great. Edit: Manager Matt called after we voiced some frustrations and was able to give it to us straight regarding some specific charges etc. adding some stars for the prompt call back. Look forward to getting serviced here as you can tell from the initial experience that it was hopefully a one off scenario.
