Very unprofessional of your nursing staff to berate a heavily pregnant woman for needing a doctor's excuse and then put hands on her. Who is she to judge anyone? I hope y'all do the right thing and fire her.

I chose the center city office strictly for convenience, sadly it was anything but. The inital appearance of the lobby is a little sketchy and there were protestors right at the front door(they were seemingly peaceful tho)When I made my appt, the reps made it appear like a seamless process, but much to my horror the day of my procedure was AWFUL! I was given a 9am appt(actually arrived at 8:30)didn't even get paper work til abt 11,ultrsound wayyy after that and now it's 2:30 and Im STILL waiting to have the actual procedure...I hope the poor scheduling system isn't an indication of the quality of medical care here. I would say that anyone needing this type of service may want to reconsider this particular location.

I'm giving 3 stars for the EXTREMELY poor time managment at this location! Also, the waiting area is freezing cold with little to NO room for social distancing due to the fact that they clearly overbook😒 however when I called to schedule my appt the reps were always pleasant, patient n kept me well-informed...even the woman at the check in area was extremely nice(so they get 5 stars)... the elevator at this location is dirty, the waiting area doesn't look much better, offers no privacy and the patients are face-timing and video chatting which is an invasion of other patient's privacy...Im not sure what the Del county office is like but babyyyy center city is ghetto!
