The office seems like a complete mess. Phone calls are rarely answered, everything is disorganized and not properly tracked or communicated. Billing, medical information, notes with excessive typos, callbacks that never come. The doctor seemed calm and pleasant but in retrospect it seems like I was rushed straight into a surgical recommendation without trying more benign treatments or meaningfully reviewing my case. I'm extremely hesitant to seek further treatment here given how poorly they seem to be operating and handling even mundane evaluations.

They completely wasted my time and money ($16 in uber rides). I arrived early for an 11:30 am appt. At noon, I asked when I'd be seeing the doctor. I was told there was a current patient and then just one more patient ahead of me. They couldn't tell me how much longer I'd be waiting, but said it would definitely be more than 15 minutes (my sad hopeful suggestion). An hour? Maybe. I expressed my dismay and was told, "Things tend to run late here." Okay—then schedule your patients better. I asked for my paperwork back and returned to my job and the hunt for a new ENT.
