What a bunch of clowns! Had a 9am appt (I was there at 845). Employee & manager both arrived at 9:10. Install was supposed to be 2 hours so walked to breakfast. Came back & truck was still sitting there was told installer didnt show up for work & manager had gone home. Although that shouldn't have surprised me because when I bought the radio/set up the appt, the manager smelled of booze. Whole morning wasted! ....follow up - Don't let the message below make it sound like they cared. It was a further waste of time. When i called in, it landed me in a call center that relayed my issue to the company....obviously never heard back.

Masks required. You may want to look at another location until they hire more help, unless you just need a minor service performed. They were very understaffed two weeks ago
They usually offer $99 specials for remote starters this time of year.
