Yes, We provide both safety and emissions testing as well as on the spot renewal.
It's usually only about 1/2 hour after I get there for an oil change that I am driving away with a nicely washed car. If I get filters changed, tires rotated, etc it can take a little longer. Good luck!

Yes, they sell second hand cars as well and have a great website to view them. Their stock changes often so I would check later if you don't quite find it the first time.
