I can’t tell you how much we appreciate all the help we received from Cheryl and Lucas. The best was that we were headed in one direction for our area rugs and with Lucas’ expertise and knowledge of their inventory, he suggested alternatives that we LOVED. Extremely professional, well-organized and communicative staff leading from the initial visit with Michael at the store all the way up to the installation. Once the installation began, the team managed by Mauro impressed with their craftsmanship and effort. New flooring installed over an entire home with new base boards in 4.5 days. Each day the work area was cleaned and tools properly stowed to limit the disruption. It was the smoothest construction project I’ve dealt with. The whole experience with Barnards team was a pleasure and I highly recommend!

And since we are more of a boutique store that only specializes in flooring, you won't encounter the large number of people roaming the big box stores.
