I waited in this store for about 20 minutes before anyone even talked to me. I needed shoes or else I would have left. Easy sale on your part. Maybe your staff should move away from.their huddle at the cash register and take care of customers. Your sales may improve.

They need to really revise their employees staff lazy and the girl with the Bad acne on her face. Didn’t answer any questions extremely rude and ignored customers as they ask questions. Then management wonders why the store is so slow compared to other stores.
