Greg, your patience to help me with my Safari LT unit allows me to experience the out of doors with my CPAP unit..whenever I need to use it camping!! I had a battery that was not holding a charge after a couple of years of use. I have purchased several batteries from them, and have been very satisfied with the performance. I contacted Lion Energy and asked if there was any way to expedite the service to my battery since I had a planned vacation with the family coming up soon. The normal process called for me to wait for them to send a box with a shipping label on it, then wait for my battery to be evaluated and repaired or replaced. They said they would see what they could do. Lion Energy sent me a new battery out immediately without even receiving mine back. The battery arrived just in time to save our vacation, we literally met the UPS truck in our driveway while we were pulling out! They have earned a lifelong customer. This is the kind of customer service we just don’t see anymore these days. Huge shout out to Lion Energy for their five star customer service and honoring their warranty. They went above and beyond. You can buy cheaper lithium batteries, but IMO you will not find the kind of warranty service they provide anywhere else. To determine the length of time the generator will run, it is necessary to do some simple math of the size of the battery in the generator and the amount of power the device uses. To estimate the run time of a device in hours, divide the capacity of the battery in watt-hours or amp-hours by the power consumption of the device in watts or amps, respectively.
Each output is only capable of expending a certain amount of power at a time; just like every input can only accept a certain amount of power at a time. The amount of power each output can supply is measured in watts and denoted with W. This determines whether or not a specific output can power a specific device. The voltages of all individual outputs on the generator.
Lion Energy generators are essentially silent. The only noise produced is created by a small fan inside the unit that keeps the circuitry cool. It turns on and off as needed and at loudest makes no more noise than a desktop computer.
