I had a problem with my order (to go). They re-made the entire thing fresh for me. Only downsides were parking and the GF burger we ordered came lettuce-wrapped instead of on the GF bun we had ordered.

You wont have good luck calling in for orders. Theyre usually just too busy. You might have luck near opening or closing.

There are definitely TVs everywhere, and I'm sure the great food and atmosphere will make it a fun place to enjoy the game. But it is a little loud sometimes so just be weary of that

They have a very big nice terrace with a lot of tables. Even in January is nice weather to be outside, although some days can be cold at night...
It's pretty hearty... I'd guess close to 1/2 lb.
