I was told to just drop my daughter form to Bustleton office, when I went to office, no one will open door or answer the phone. waited there for 30 minutes no response.

We usually go to the Holland office and love them. Unfortunately they were unavailable. Went to the bustleton office and saw Dr. Jane Chung. My son has been dealing with oblique pain for weeks initially we saw her and told my son to take it easy after a couple weeks the issue was still bothering him. My son is 14 6ft 2 160 lb young adult that is in great shape. Asked her to write a script for an mri so that we can identify the muscular issue and see a specialist and come up with a treatment plan. Needless the say Dr. Chung refused to write me a script for an MRI and basically just keeps telling me to go to saint chris or chop to see a pediatric ortho, didn’t offer any recommendations or doctors I could call, didn’t offer to assist in any way. Didn’t make a phone call on my or my sons behalf. Is this what medical treatment has turned into give me my office visit fee and charge and go see someone else? She says they don’t order MRI’s? My family doctor has ordered 3 for me in the last 16 months alone (knee issue and back issue). It was awesome made an appointment with an orthopedic surgeon walked in with the mri and boom treatment plan he we come (one was surgery). This is why I’m frustrated my son is hurting by the time I can make a appointment with a orthopedic pediatrician it will be 2-3 more weeks cause this isn’t considered an emergency, then he will order an mri because (an X-ray will only show a fracture which no one believes he has) and that will take another 1-3 weeks to schedule an mri then I will need to schedule a follow up appointment with the ortho to go over the mri results. If she just ordered the mri I could go see the specialist with the diagnostic results and start a treatment plan. Would have just been easier to walk into an ER wait the 4 hours and say he was having back pain they would have done a x ray and mri right there. Make your own decision but I would stay away from the bustleton office. The experience has been frustrating and underwhelming. If you have the ability to go the Holland office in bucks county I highly recommend, but I would stay away from this office. Medical practices are supposed to be about helping, finding the root cause of the issue and finding a way to treat it not pawn you off to someone else. Here’s a suggestion Bustleton office and Dr. Chung the parents are as much the patient as the child make it a priority to find a way to help! Judging by other reviews I’m not alone in my frustrations.

I want to say that my daughter is 17 and she loves the doctors. Jane is great and always gives good treatment. The front desk ladies Tenae and Kelly are amazing and they treat people with great respect. I am always able to get help or have my questions answered. Very knowledgeable. Thanks ladies.
