order 40108 Disappointed , notching was done poorly , halo was completely wrong , side front tubes also wrong , emailed how disapointed i was and wanted me to speak to a manager to see if they can make me a new halo with my measurements . cage kit ended up being garbage . useless .

About a week ago I called to ask a few questions about a cage I planned on installing in my 1989 mustang. I ended up speaking with Lee for about 15 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and I felt comfortable so I moved forward with the purchase over the phone. I never received an invoice, Only a few tracking numbers. 1 week later my parts came in but I was missing 2 packages. I called back and spoke with another salesperson. He informed me one was on back order and I only purchased 2 parts then sent me the invoice that was never shown to me at the time of purchase. Eventually I spoke with Lee again to try and resolve this issue and he apologized for the "miscommunication" and offered a 10 dollar discount to sell me the part.
