I met with Tom. He was knowledgeable, honest and caring. He took my mobility issues seriously when he showed me vans. He gave an informed opinion about retrofitting a car. The others who work there are pleasant and friendly. I felt at ease as soon as I walked in the door!!!

Not sure. Questions like that are best asked directly to the store. This is a Google Maps user forum and question go out to the public who have been to Mobility Works at some point. The actual store has no way to monitor or answer these questions. Before you junk them, I'd call Bill & ask.
