Your new manager has improved my experience in the hand cleaning department. My car is inspected, more clean and the job is done faster. He is also pleasant and I know who is in charge the minute I go in. He leads by example and is hardworking. It’s hard to find in this labor market! I paid for an interior cleaning, and requested special attention to the streaks on the windshield. There were actually more streaks after the service. I don't fault the workers, though. They need a light or some way to see the streaks before they can clean them, and a somewhat dark vacuum bay is not that way.

I was hesitant to use this place, as the Google ratings weren't so high. However, when I told them that I would checking the car before leaving, so they took it serious. The kid did a B+ job on the car. Windows were done correctly, which was the only reason I was going there.
