I injured a muscle in my hip and received physical therapy at Beyond Limits under Justen Koh for two months. Justen was wonderful from start to finish providing me step-by-step understanding of my treatment and letting me decide at each step of the way if I wanted to try a procedure (i.e. cupping, STEM therapy). He also gave me practical tips on stretches and exercises I could do at home to assist in my recovery. The entire staff at the Herriman location are friendly, organized, and are genuinely interested in your recovery. They always say, "We don't want to see you anymore" meaning their goal is to get you well. I cannot recommend them enough!

Usually you do not. There are a select few insurances that do require it. If you call in and give us your insurance info we can check that for you
