12th Street Pawn and Loan just won my business for life today. Mike is straight up awesome and probably one of the nicest guys in the business. I was one of the folks who lost a job over Covid19 and had to pawn a rifle to cover rent. It took a while to get back to work and when I called Mike he still gave me a shot to come and pay back my loan and get my rifle back. That rifle has a ton of sentimental value to me and I am so thankful for good people like Mike. If you need any help these guys are the folks to go see. And they have some cool stuff in that shop! Called 12th Street Pawn & Loan from Logan, Utah to inquire about the possibility of selling some silver to 12th Street Pawn & Loan. Spoke with Mike over the phone, and he was very informative as well as courteous. Based on this quick phone call, I drove to Ogden to the 12th Street Pawn shop, and within 15 minutes I was able to sell some sliver to Mike at a very fair price. Mike was very professional, didn't try to get me to trade anything from the Pawn Shop for my silver, didn't try to make me purchase anything, etc. Overall fantastic experience from the phone call I made in Logan to the time I walked out the door of 12th Street Pawn & Loan. I highly recommend visiting Mike and his staff when considering which Pawn Shop to conduct business with!

weird experience...simple questions were not answered and was greeted passive aggressive and condescendingly no logical response at all by the lady "helping" me she put in the notes that I was rude to her when she said she would have Mike explain it to me when I picked up my laptop, that was not the case. I don't care if she's been doing it 40 years or 2 days no one person is the same and should be treated with respect.when I have a question about why they won't take unfully charged laptops I except to be educated on it or learn more from Mike about my concern not treated like a punk like i was. I was met with a snotty attitude and lied about how I was to make herself look better to Mike. Made it very awkward to pick my laptop. Been a frequent customer for awhile and always loved doing business with Mike, but she cut the cord on the relationship.

What a weird experience...simple questions were met with passive aggressive and condescending responses. (as exemplified in the responses to poor reviews by the owner) Prices don't leave any room for negotiation, won't be back.

My experience is they will want to see it working and if it's older they may not be too interested. I would take it in with a printout of all the components inside and software included. Maybe even a printout of how much that particular model is selling for on ebay to demonstrate how much it's used value is. I definitely wouldn't expect to get the same price you would get on ebay or craigslist. That's just the nature of pawning stuff. Don't take it personally.
Maybe I'm not to sure on that. It depends on how much they are worth i believe. You can always go in or call and ask. The Owner is very friendly and of your not able to sell or paen your purses there he wont be rude about it he will just tell you know and tell you why in the nicest way ever. Ive never seen him get mad at anyone
