Such a great place! I tried this location 3 months ago and was not impressed. Today was a totally different experience. Dr. Chen is an absolute blessing. So long as he's there, I'll never switch. So grateful for him and his team!

Dr. Chan and PA Shane listen and understands my pain concerns that I have been dealing with for more than 15 years and they are always willing to help me with my agonizing pain at times this keeps me from having a peaceful day. One of my biggest pet peeve’s is if I need to make changes to appointment never never have they ever failed they ALWAYS had something to accommodate me thank you everyone.

Worst experience ever. Hour wait to be seen then told the doctor I wanted had gone home ill. Got stuck with some idiot that only kept saying he was only there for a few more weeks and was then relocating to Idaho. Kept defending other doctors I had seen when I told him they weren't able to help me. That's why I didn't go in for a follow up. 2 or 3 weeks later they called and said insurance had "finally" approved their recommended treatment. Funny thing is that the insurance usually approves requests within 2 or 3 days, not weeks. Would not recommend this office to anyone.
