We always enjoyed going to Woydziaks. In fact, I worked there. The help is very unfriendly if u ask a question. We won't be coming back if things don't change. If u want something, u have to look for it. Nobody asks if u need help. They sit at the checkout and wait for u. Steve had an awesome store and employees. We were there if u needed help.

I came in right after they opened and looked around got a few things and when i make it up to the register i say "hey, how's it going?". His response is to give me a dirty look. Then the person im with repeats what i had previously said and she recieved a half hearted hello, followed by the excuse that its early and a disengenuine apology. Then after he scans all the items he says the price and she agrees but he just sharply repeats himself. The conversation had a nasty tone and there were no people skills applied. Im not sure if its a personal vendetta or if hes really that miserable that he gets upset when customers get there and he has to do his job. Which never made sense to me, if you apply for a job then theyre paying you to use your customer service skills regardless of your personal troubles. I found it unprofessional and distasteful. Customer service should be second nature at this ppint being an assistant* manager and all. So if you are looking for customer service id go to another hardware store. Dissapointed and will not be back.

DON’T BUY OR SELL YOUR FISH TO THIS STORE. I “TRADED” them 10+ fish last week and now all of the fish are dead and rotten in the tank. They told me they didn’t have enough food to feed the fish also. They were HEALTHY with VIBRANT colors. They ALSO didn’t hold up there part of the deal and trade me anything. DON’T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE
