Seated right away. Sever was very nice and professional. Food came out within 10mins! chicken tenders were very crispy 😋 worth the value for the portion size. Only brought down 1 star for the margerita I ordered tasted extremely salty. But overall good experience and will try to stop by again 🙂

We had just gotten to Minnesota for spring break and the MOA was out first destination. We try not to eat anywhere we can at home so we decided to take a chance on this place without reading any reviews. Not bad at all. What I liked the most was our server Riley. We are a family of seven and not everyone likes taking a table our size especially when a majority of them are kids. Luckily they ALL ordered corndogs. We got nachos and pizza. My boyfriend was happy with the pizza, nachos aren't bad. We are from St. Louis and he hates our thin crust there. Aside from the food I would like to thank the server, she did a great job and kept our table clean and that's a big thing in my eyes, we have a lot of people and I don't care for the table to stay dirty. Not only that, but we explained to her how we are trying to see 48 states by the time our three year old graduates. Not sure, but pretty sure I saw her tear up on that one. We asked for suggestions while at the mall and she said the rides for sure which we did and also asked if she knew any good places to eat when we traveled to Wisconsin. Cowboy Jack's is a wonderful place to eat inside the Mall of America. Great food and a bar to grabs drinks. I'm very satisfied with my choice today! Great customer service.🔥🔥🌞☀️

There were so many choices at @mallofamerica but I decided on @cowboyjacks and I’m glad I did! The sirloin was cooked perfectly & sooo tasty, even the onion rings were delicious although a lot of batter. Brittney got my beverage perfect & was very hospitable…loved her vibe and service!
