Went to Spichers store looking for a new over the range microwave. Kevin approached us to ask if he could help. He asked about our uses with a microwave and suggested the one we ended up purchasing. We decided to let Spichers install the new one. We chose a day and two installers came the exact time they said they would be there. They removed the old microwave and installed the new one in a very reasonable time and did a professional job and they took the old one with them to recycle. The two installers were very courteous and professional, asking if I had any questions before they left and left the kitchen as it was before. I buy all my appliances at Spichers for this reason

Great experience from point of sale to delivery. But local - you get quality customer service which is a huge plus compared to big box stores. Prices are comparable to Lowes or Home Depot; sometimes lower.

From the moment I had contact with “old John” through the entire deliver experience I couldn’t have asked for better personal service. Shopping for appliances that must fit into existing spaces comes with many challenges and also finding something in stock. I will be shopping for a dishwasher in the next 6 months and I will go directly to Spichers! Great personal attention with reasonable prices, that’s what you can expect!
