I enjoy living here. True, the roads are terrible, but I love the ambience and feeling as if I have come for vacation up in the mountains canyons with babbling streams and away from traffic & noise. The neighbors are friendly & helpful. I try not to go against HOA rules so I don't come up against the board. But, I've lived here almost 30 years, so they must be doing something right. I Must have a place that allows pets, so I figure I must tolerate those Ignorant Slobs who thing they live alone on this planet, don't clean up after their pets and I just try to cross the street out of their way when I see them coming with their giant St. Bernards (just kidding, there Are HOA rules, so they will get theirs, eventually). My one main complaint as I'm getting older, there are NO elevators!

By now I've driven through most of the apartment, condominium, and townhome communities in the valley. I think this one has the worst roads out of all of them. I would think that it should be obvious that communities should have more than entrance, that entrances shouldn't be ridiculously long and narrow, that roads within communities shouldn't be ridiculously narrow and full of blind turns, and that people driving on those roads shouldn't have to worry about an overcorrection putting them in danger of driving into a stream or a pond. However, all of that apparently wasn't obvious to whoever designed this ridiculous excuse for a community. The roads alone are enough to keep me from ever wanting to live here.

Really nice and quite. Full of nature and ducks and goose. Great location but is not close to a bus stop you have to have a car.

Questions & Answers

Why would they have an apple tree in this community & never maintain it? There's rotten apples everywhere, the tree is full and it's February. Its ruining all the vehicles parked there. How do you go about getting them to take care of this?
