I've had to work with them numerous times. Their Customer Service Rep Araceli Arche is great to work with! She's so informative, attentive, and understanding. I always look forward to reaching out. Keep up the great work!

Just like everything that Salt Lake City runs this is another absolute dumpster fire. If only Salt Lake City was as forceful with the hobos running all over town as they are with utility customers.

On 7-12-2022 Patrick Perry was found: He was lying unconscious on the floor of his home bedroom where he sleeps. The inside temperature of his house over 115 degrees. Patrick is a Physically and Mentally Disabled Vietnam Veteran with over 5 severe traumatic brain injuries that uses a wheelchair or walker for mobility. He was dehydrated and required emergency rehydration. Salt Lake City Public Utilities turned of his water 10 months earlier in October. It is our understanding that this was an illegal water shutoff during Covid emergency restrictions. Salt Lake City Public Utilities’ behavior in turning off the water at his home is reprehensible. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Salt Lake City Water Dept: I am a Suicidal Disabled Vietnam Veteran with over 5 Severe Traumatic Brain injuries. I use organic garden compost and chickens to reduce my PTSD, seizures and suicidal thoughts. I can’t afford all the Salt Lake City fees! I used and paid for their ‘Services’ ~ Until the ‘water’ bill was more money than my grocery bill! ~ I cannot afford it! ~ I have NO MORE MONEY! They charge for trash pickup; I don’t use their trash cans! I shred and compost all my trash For composting worm feedstocks. I save my roof water to water my chickens because it has no chlorine or fluoride They tell me my roof water is THEIR WATER! I was using about 200 gallons of city water per month~below the minimum! To flush my toilet solids once a day; Now it collects and goes as solids to the dump. Urine is eliminated on flowering plants. Honestly!! $.50 per gallon of rain water? Instead I drive to the city well For my clean unadulterated drinking water! Soon it will be another year without city water Salt Lake City has sued already through THEIR judges and been awarded over $10,000 as a lien against my home. They are threatening with additional legal measures. They are pushing me into suicide. IF Salt Lake City TAKES MY HOME AGAIN, I REFUSE TO BE HOMELESS AND ASSAULTED REPEATEDLY FOR MY CASH! ¡¡¡Greedy Salt Lake City¡¡¡
