Just an awesome family owned duo who runs this, Jeff and Judy were very punctual and super friendly. Did an awesome job with our short haired carpet that tends to show everything on it, he was in an out super quick but I think he did the best out of any other carpet cleaner I've hired, I'll be using him from now on (if they don't mind). Thanks for an awesome job and congrats on 25 years!

I had an urgent request to clean our garage floor before our moving truck arrived. I called Alpine at 8am and spoke with Jeff and he fit me into their schedule that same day. Jeff and Judy were super courteous and professional. I would highly recommend them.

There's a reason this company is the only local company we could find with 5 star reviews across the board... they're awesome! We called a couple months ago after we noticed a recurring smell in a basement bedroom. They showed up a couple hours after we called and did an assessment for us. They gave us all sorts of tips and explained what to do once we ripped open the wall. Sure enough we had a leak and some mold. We fixed the mold ourselves thanks to their suggestions (saved us $$$$ from calling the pros and getting insurance involved). So we gave them a call again once the mold was removed and asked them to clean the carpets. They showed up on time, completed the job promptly, and left just as quickly. The carpet dried quickly and looks like new. Definitely wouldn't hesitate to have them back again to clean the carpets next year!

They did a fantastic job. Carpet looks amazing at a great price. Would recommend them to anyone.

You need to steam the carpet to loosen the carpet fibers and the backing of the carpet. The best way is using a wall paper steamer but any steamer will do. If you do not have a steamer you can use a clothes iron. Set the iron on the steam setting and place a damp towel under the iron to make steam on top of the carpet and the pad. The steam will swell the carpet pad and loosen the backing of the carpet.
We protect the furniture with Huggers, corners guards and towels. We also protect the floor with tarps blankets, and runners. We also use plastic tabs and styrofoam blocks to go under the legs so they don't leave marks in the carpet. We can seal off the front door with a Seal-A-Door to keep it warm inside the home. We spend a lot of time to protect your home, because we care.
