Best library in Bucks County!

Awesome selection of books, and a very nice building. A great place to read or study. The staff however are why it is receiving a three star rating. In my experience with any questions I had they were not helpful whatsoever and were quick to not answer fully or listen. Dealt with an employee, who was incredibly disrespectful to me while I was here. It doesn't take much to be a kind person, consequently it seemed extraordinarily difficult for him.

We are so blessed to have such a great resource right here in Doylestown!

I don't believe they are because of the current restrictions, but in the past, if you had a properly sealing bottle/cup, they were permitted.
I don't know. It's best to call the library directly since their policies could change based on circumstances.
Yes, it's open to the public. A lot of people study, work, have tutoring sessions, etc. while there and not using anything besides the library's WiFi and tables from what I've seen.
Yes, & I felt very safe in there
Most of the public libraries in Bucks County take donations of books in good condition for their book sale. Since all libraries have different amounts and kinds of storage space, some will only take a single bag or box at a time.To find out the guidelines for the library you are interested in donating to, please check directly with the library. You can see a list of library locations, hours and phone numbers on our locations page. Thank you for supporting the Bucks County Free Library! https://buckslib.org/locations/
The Friends of the Doylestown Library's book sale takes place in October. The date is not yet posted on their website: http://www.friendsofdtownlibrary.org/annual-book-sale.html.
I usually use the app Libby. You can connect it to the library using your library card and get access to tons of their audiobooks that you can borrow and download.
Yes. But I prefer hardcover if possible. The library also can give you access to many ebooks and audiobooks online.
I think you need to be a resident of Bucks County to get a library card. Maybe, they will give a card to a resident of the 5 county area.
You can log into your account on the bucks county free library website and renew your materials there.
The Doylestown library is still unfortunately without power. As a result the phones and website are down.
I went on sunday and the library was closed, i assumed no power. Any news about today?
