The UPS Store

This store should have opened 15 minutes ago. According to Giant they are never on time to open the store. This is rediculous. Why are the hours at 9am if there is no one here? Owner is very rude also.

Not easy to work with! Charges is outrageous prices to print a label for Amazon return when other UPS stores are way more accommodating. Specially with this day and age of users getting away from printing and using paper to go greener.

Came to the "UPS' store because I wanted to send something 'UPS' these *%#!'s took my money and without telling me shipped my package "USPS"! If I had wanted to ship through the post office I would have gone TO THE POST OFFICE... *%#!'s

We dropped a package off 6/1 at 1:20. Shipping was prepaid. Receiver called and they never got it. Tracked it and it apparently never left the store! So we went to the store last night and clerk and manager were totally unhelpful. Said to call UPS. Now either the UPS driver picked it up with all the other packages and and never scanned it( doubtful!) Or package was stolen by employee of either The UPS store or Giant. We saw that the boxes waiting to be picked up are right by a door and NOT behind the counter where they should be. I hope with seeing our claim, UPS looks into this and sees that we are not the only ones this has happened to. Not even the only ones this week!!!
