The place is ok, it can get busy real fast but then it goes empty in a short matter of time. Machines work good and the place is pretty clean.

I ran a cold wash on my clothes and steaming hot water with no pressure was coming out. I asked an employee and she tells me it’ll get cold- it did not. Then she suggests I use a warm wash as it’s “better”-it’s not. There was no resolution and the warm cycle ended up being steaming hot damaging my clothes! I had to physically fill the machine with water with an empty gallon because only a stream of boiling water was coming out and the clothes were not washing properly. Disappointed. Also there are never enough carts or drying machines available.
