Our credit and pricing is based on the publishers price. We give you up to 50% of the publisher's price in store credit for the books you bring in. Used books are then priced at 35% off the publisher's price and store credit can cover up to half your purchase, the other half would be cash or credit/debit card. For example a $10 book. When you bring in a $10 book we give you $5 in store credit. If you were to purchase another book with a publisher's price of $10 our price is $6.50. Store credit will cover up to $3.25. The remaining $3.25 (+tax) is paid by cash or card. The unused $1.75 in store credit remains on your account and is available for you to use on a later visit. We also do reserves. If there's a particular book you're looking for and we don't have it in stock we'd be happy to reserve it for you and notify you when it comes in. Hope this helps! Yes! We not only have a reservation system in place for used books, but we can special order those titles you don't want to wait on as well. Hope this helps!

I would think they would, but if not you can tell them and they will keep an eye out for one and let you know when one comes in.

There's a small section of animal care books in the back of the store, & I'm pretty sure I saw several on exotic birds last time we were there. Hope that helps!
