I already gave them my address several times. Every time I spoke they asked me 5300 Washington st. Apt O-225 Hollywood 33021

Depending on the circumstances your laundry card may need to be picked up or mailed to our office where it is examined and either replaced or has the balanced corrected. The card then needs to be returned to you, this all unfortunately can't be done in one day. We apologize for any undue delay and if you should require immediate use of the laundry equipment please contact our management team for possible alternative solution.
