It's a warehouse with snooty salespeople who give you attitude if you ask any questions or want to browse. Don't get the good reviews. Also in the middle of nowhere. Overpriced and unfriendly. Go to Artists and Craftsmen.

Properly wrapped purchase and fast shipping time, but most of all, the best customer service I've had in a long time. Jillian took the time to check with me before putting my order together. They had one of the items in stock but it was slightly damaged. She asked me if I would accept the product at a good discounted price. She even sent me photos so I could evaluate the damage myself. I've never had any shop do that. This was my first time ordering from TALAS and I will definitely order from them again. Top notch service! :)

We have closed our retail showroom until further notice, but are allowing for a limited number of scheduled contactless pickups from our warehouse. Masks are required at all time, and we do our best to schedule pickups such that customers will not overlap. We have also installed hand sanitizing stations around our facility and have a strict mask wearing policy to ensure the health and safety of our employees.
Hello, We do not have instructions for the Jade 403. It is a water soluble adhesive, and should be fairly straight forward to use. The one thing to remember is to not let it dry on your glue brushes. Once it's dry you will not be able to remove it.
