Forge customer service is the worst I've ever experienced! The women at the front desk have terrible attitudes, their extremely rude & their service is awful. I hate calling or coming in because I hate having to deal with their terrible, nasty attitudes!!

After 28 yrs I'm closing my acct. The customer service is terrible. The ladies at the desk have really nasty attitudes and John B isn't any better. They act like we don't have options. I'm taking my money to Navy Federal

I love must definitely Love Forge Federal Credit Union, I have been a member for nearly 10 years, But enough is enough the Customer service provided by John and some of the female representatives at the extreme worst of Customer service, their people skill stinks. Please address this matter or I'll continue. Ps. Your app questionnaire intimidates or chills honest responses; because of its wording.

The front desk women are very rude and nasty I don’t like to come in or call this bank because of them I’ve banked here for years and the last 2-3 have been horrible witch is sad because before the new two women everyone was so nice and helpful smh
