Worst reception service

Penn Medicine has continually gone down hill for the past five years or more. I have been at this practice a lifetime. They had four EXCELLENT internists, Goldberg, Schwartz, Mirsky and Kravitz. All of them are gone and you are lucky if you can get an appointment with a nurse practitioner for a well visit! You CANNOT get an appointment at all if you are sick! Who is running this practice? Why have you taken on so many patients you are unable to care for? This practice has gone from five star to zero star with zero patient care. I had one doctor throw his hands up in the air and tell me my heart rate was "a whole other appointment" when the nurse found my blood pressure to be high and he refused to check it because I was not there for that reason! Where has the quality of care gone, or the lack thereof, with this practice? What a shame Penn Medicine Bucks County represents such an excellent hospital and fails so short!

You have to really change how patients are kept on the phone lines forever - I have been in the office and my mind is blown how there are so many people - and no operators to take a quick five min call for a walk-in appt. Sometimes I have to GO IN THE OFFICE just to TALK to someone. Unacceptable.

Awful customer service. Changed my visit code from preventative to regular with no reason. I have discussed my blood pressure. Wonder what do they think preventative visit is for. Never will return and will take all my family elsewhere. Shame. upd: I have submitted the form as you suggested below. 60 days later, still no resolution.
