Their "customer service" depth is not set up to handle problems well. They did not give us the special Easter frame when we took pictures with the Bunny. IF I sent them the receipt they would refund me. They would not send me the frame. I will be driving through NJ this summer and plan to go to the warehouse in Cherry Hill to get the frame. Most people would not go that far. I think they count on that.

My family and I recently visited the Freehold Raceway Mall to visit Santa. In years past there has always been a large HGTV North Pole Santa HQ display- with interactive things for the kids, a naught or nice detector, and a separate seating for family portraits. This year Santa had no line when we arrived - and we learned why soon thereafter. Santa could not even be bothered to interact with our kids. He was kid of just ordering them how to act - “take you masks off and hide them”. Rather than interactive with the kids at all. What a waste and this place shouldn’t ever be operating this operation again. FAIL
