Large location and wide aisles. Not the nicest CVS in the area but certainly not the worst. Lots of parking and the lot can be very busy with the many businesses in the area.

I was just at this branch in Kinderkamack. The lady at the front is the ideal worker. I asked her if I could use their toilet & she asked me to ask the staff from the pharmacy. Experienced? AWEFUL! That pharm tech told me to hold just a minute then in a few seconds she told me: 'I AM BUSY I CANNOT HELP YOU!' OMG! I almost had an accident, I was dying to use the toilet but she told me that she was busy! What kind of employee you got in this branch, she has no manners, what if it is an elderly lady? I love CVS especially this branch coz they open early but Sir Manager, pls educate this lady, she cannot treat customers like this.

Pharmacy is very quick. Lines do occur at the cash wrap, esp in the front, but the staff generally tries to take care of it quickly. For a new store, it does look like the older CVS stores, but it's still clean, and has the stuff that one needs.

I have typically been pleased with this store, but today I witnessed something that was just WRONG... as I waited in line, 2 young boys (probably ages 9-12) were trying to purchase a few items. As the cashier rang one "clearance" 4th of July item as $2.00, the younger boy politely questioned it and said the sign said 90% off. The cashier said "that's not what my register says so I can't do anything else. It was $6.99, now it's $2.00." The cashier continued to say... "this is the sale price, it's really cheap, it's only $2.00 - what more do you want, kid?" (or words to that effect). The young boy was so sweet and was not at all confrontational, but it was clear that he knew the math. This continued a couple of times. I piped in and said "but $2.00 is NOT 90%!" I told the boys they should ask for the cashier to call the manager. Only then did she ask them if they wanted her to call the manager. They timidly said no. But I told her that she could/should certainly override that sale price since that is what the sign said, and if she couldn't do it personally, she should call the manager. They boys still said no, and they reluctantly left the store without the items. However, while I was still shopping, I saw the youngest boy return with this mother. I think they purchased the item at 90% off. :) I think this should be a teachable moment for CVS management and their employees! Please don't take advantage of your customers, especially when they're young and defenseless. And a note to customers... stand your ground when you know you're right!
