Why does everyone who works here seem so miserable?

Be careful when buying at their sample sales. I went to the reformation sample sale and the discount was only 20% but most of the decent stuff was severely damaged. I purchased a dress for $80, currently $100 full price and I didn’t notice a small hole in the back. They do not sales are final. It’s prettty much a sale of their damaged goods and its not even a great discount. Not worth it!
