Had to stop at last minute due to travel issues and was pleasantly rewarded. Amazing service, comfortable clean beds and room. Breakfast was delicious and well stocked. I ended up getting theast available room, and heard the clerk not only apologizing to the people who walked in looking for a room, but recommended a place to stay. Now, that's a professional.

This is your Hotel! Look no further! Comfort of the room exceeded expectations. Front desk attendee was welcoming and efficient. Breakfast was excellent

ADA VIOLATONS!!!!! Unless Hampton does something about the HORRIBLE woman at the desk I would NEVER RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!!!! This hotel does not follow ADA!!!! They refused me access with a fully trained and licensed service dog! The woman was rude, condescending and hateful! She created a terrible situation for me and caused an exacerbation of my health condition, my dog was required to take action and do her job because of that horrible woman. It took me hours to recover. DO NOT GO HERE!

Worst Corporate policies resulting in the worst customer service! I stay at this hotel at least weekly. The last two stays, there was no hot water. They were fixing the hot water heaters, yet still I booked for this week. I woke up to a sick child this morning, so I called the 970 phone number only to get a non-local representative. I explain my situation and request to change my reservation from tonight to tomorrow. I was told that I was outside of the 24hr cancellation policy. (Understandable) But that they would call and speak with the hotel front desk. No one answered the front desk phone. I was told to call back after 3pm. I called at 4pm. I had to explain the entire situation over again and was told the same thing...they had to call the hotel's front desk. No answer. I was asked to call back. No, I will not be calling back. Not only is it ridiculous that you cannot speak directly to the hotel you are staying at, but I have been a loyal member for years. You will no longer get my weekly business. I will stay down the street!
